The Counter tabulates the total calories and nutrients eaten based on the number of servings you choose.
To add a food to your list click on the "Add a food to your list" link.
In order to use the Calorie Counter you must have cookies enabled.
There are over 7000 foods in the Calorie Counter database from the USDA Nutrient Database plus foods our users have added.
